4. CPI Amortization Issue (Art Liberman) (15 minutes) The City is scheduled to release a long-awaited amortization study before this Board meeting. Report on its content and next steps.
5. Status reports and updates on these items are being handled primarily through e-mail. Opportunity for direction and interactions. (5 minutes)
