This year’s annual meeting is scheduled for April 18, 2012 in the Clubhouse. Please plan on arriving at 6:30 PM to sign in. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. When you receive your annual meeting packet, please review the materials carefully before the meeting. If you cannot attend, please review the information on voting by proxy for election of officers.
