Roof, Gutter and Downspout Cleaning

On November 15,2013 Professional Gutter Service will be clearing all roofs, gutters and downspouts of all debris. This debris will fall onto the grounds, walkways, patios, driveways, fences, balconies, decks, and all other such outdoor areas. For your own personal safety, please do not go into these areas during the cleaning.

In addition, prior to the date of cleaning, remove all furniture, plants, clothing, pets, cars, etc. from these areas that may be affected by this cleaning. Please take all necessary steps to protect your property from this debris.

Professional Gutter Service will be responsible for cleaning minor residual debris as a result of gutter cleaning from these areas. If after the cleaning, any downspout does not function, immediately contact the on-site manager, management company or Homeowners Association.

If applicable, patios must be unlocked for clean-up to be performed.
