Annual Homeowners Meeting

The 2013 Barron Square Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be held in the Common Room at  Barron Square  on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 7:00PM.  Sign-in for the meeting will begin at 6:30PM.  The agenda for the meeting  has been posted. The purpose of the meeting is to elect two Directors and vote on approving a Tax Reduction Resolution.  Ballots for the election and approval of the resolution have been mailed to all owners.  If you have not received your ballot, please contact PML Management.  The Board has also made arrangements for the insurance representatives from both State Farm and Walton Insurance to attend the meeting in order to discuss the association’s current building and earthquake insurance coverage.
