UPDATE:  The video archive of the meeting can be found on the Midpenninsula Media Center website.

(From Palo Alto Online article April 11, 2012)

The article states that this plan will be approved by the Planning and Transportation Commission tonight (4/11/2012), but with some dissent. However, the debate may help you understand the issue. The meeting begins at 6pm (not 7) and is broadcast on cable channel 26 and on the web (and available 2-3 days later in the archive)

Note: The broadcast/webcast schedule lists 7pm, so I don’t know if they will miss the first hour of the meeting or if they didn’t update the schedule for the earlier-than-normal start.

Commentary: This is to start people thinking. (For discussions, use the appropriate forum.) Continue reading »

If you have a contractor or serviceman working in your unit, please remind them not to park their vehicles where they block access to the garages or parking spaces.  They may park either in your assigned space or on Thain Way.

All plant containers on upper balconies should have a water-retention saucer under them to prevent damage to the deck.  Also, please DO NOT overwater the plants on your balconies and entryways. This will prevent drenching and damage to your neighbor’s property below.

The Garage Door Committee is arranging for repairs (adjustments, realignment, lubrication or spring replacement) to garage doors AS NEEDED.

PLEASE NOTE: Repairs to the motors and/or controllers (Genies) are the responsibility of the owner.

Please email or call PML (or use the contact form) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE  if you are having any problems with your garage door.  PML will notify you when the repairs will be performed. You will need to provide the key or opener for the door on the day of the repair and the garage floor in the area of the door will need to be clear in order for the repairs to be performed.
