All owners and residents are invited to attend the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Barron Square Homeowners Association to be held in the Community Room at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 19th. Sign-in for the meeting will begin at 6:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect two (2) Directors and vote on the Tax Reduction Resolution. The agenda for the meeting is available here.

Resumes of the candidates are available here. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
It is important that you return your ballots either before or at the meeting. We need a minimum of 33 ballots for the election to be certified. Place the marked ballot in the envelope provided.
• DO NOT WRITE YOUR NAME OR ADDRESS ON THE BALLOT OR ON THE ‘BALLOT ONLY’ ENVELOPE.
• YOU MUST SIGN THE OUTER RETURN ENVELOPE IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER UNDERNEATH THE NAME AND ADDRESS LABEL.
• IF YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE MEETING, PLEASE DESIGNATE A PROXY TO DELIVER THE BALLOT FOR YOU.
